Why it works
A swing of more than 300 degrees in one visit. Extreme cold, then deep heat, so your body feels the difference.
−168°F
A staff-guided, liquid-nitrogen-cooled chamber that reaches down to −168°F in about 3 minutes.
150°F
Radiant infrared heat up to 150°F that warms you from the inside out.
Yes. Our cryo chamber uses liquid nitrogen and reaches −168°F, and the infrared sauna reaches up to 150°F, so every guest completes a short health waiver and gets a staff-guided walkthrough. Cryotherapy isn't right for everyone, including during pregnancy, so we screen ahead of time.
Cryo sessions take about 3 minutes per guest, so we rotate your group between stations. Float choices are scheduled by pod availability. You'll receive a timed schedule with your confirmation.
Final headcount is due 72 hours before your booking. Deposits move to a new date with 72 hours' notice.
Dry socks and comfortable clothes. We provide robes, gloves, slippers, towels and float essentials.
