Services · Cryotherapy
Get a brief, staff-guided whole-body cold session or ask about targeted cold for one overworked area. The nitrogen-cooled chamber can reach −168°F.

Whole-body cryotherapy uses a nitrogen-cooled chamber that can reach −168°F for a short, guided exposure; localized cryotherapy focuses cold on a selected area. Staff screen suitability and explain preparation before your session.
Why It Matters
The next meeting or workout will not wait for an open afternoon. Cold exposure gives you a deliberate reset in a small window of time.
The Research · Study Protocol
In a 33-person exercise study, whole-body cryotherapy was delivered for 3 minutes at −120°C either 1 or 4 hours after a downhill run. At 24 hours, muscle soreness did not differ significantly between cryotherapy, cold-water and passive-recovery groups. This study does not test localized cold or promise faster recovery.

Choose whole-body cold when you want a fast reset; choose localized cold when one area needs attention. The cold exposure is typically about 3 minutes. In a 33-person exercise study, whole-body cryotherapy did not outperform comparison recovery methods for soreness at 24 hours, so we do not promise an inflammation or recovery result.
